The lubricating oil pump is mainly composed of pump body, gears, shaft, bearings, front and rear covers, sealing components, couplings and other components. There are two forms of shaft end seals: packing seals and mechanical seals. When the meshing gears rotate inside the pump body, the teeth continuously enter and exit the meshing. In the suction chamber, the gear teeth gradually disengage, causing the volume of the suction chamber to gradually increase and the pressure to decrease. The liquid enters the suction chamber under the pressure of the liquid surface and enters the discharge chamber with the gear teeth. In the discharge chamber, the gear teeth gradually enter the meshing state again, and the teeth between the gears are gradually occupied by the teeth of a gear. The volume of the discharge chamber decreases, and the pressure of the liquid in the discharge chamber increases. Therefore, the liquid is discharged from the pump outlet, and the gear continues to rotate, forming a continuous oil delivery process.
