1、 No oil discharge or less oil discharge
Reason: 1. Inhalation height is too high and exceeds the rated value. 2. Air leakage in the suction pipe. 3. The rotation direction is incorrect, the suction pipe is blocked or the valve is closed. 5. The low temperature of the liquid increases its viscosity. 6. The gears and pump body are severely damaged.
Method: 1. Increase the oil suction surface or reduce pipe resistance. 2. Check if there is any air or liquid leakage at each joint and seal it with asbestos or other sealing materials. 3. Correct the direction of rotation according to the pump's indication. 4. Remove the blockage and open the valve. 5. Preheat the liquid, if not possible, reduce the discharge pressure and oil discharge volume. 6. Disassemble and inspect the relevant parts and replace them.
2、 Sealing oil leakage
Reason: 1. The shaft seal has not been adjusted properly. 2. The sealing ring is worn and the gap is increased. 3. The friction surfaces of the static and dynamic rings of the mechanical seal are damaged or have defects such as burrs and scratches. 4. The spring is loose.
Method: 1. Adjust again. 2. Tighten the nut or replace the sealing ring. 3. Replace the dynamic and static rings or re grind them. 4. Replace the spring.
3、 High noise or vibration
Reason: 1. Blockage of suction net or filter screen. 2. The straw extends shallowly into the oil tank. 3. Air enters the pipeline. 4. The resistance of the discharge pipeline is too high. 5. The gears, bearings, or side plates are severely worn. 6. The viscosity of the inhaled liquid is too high.
Method: 1. Remove dirt from the filter screen. 2. The suction pipe should extend into the oil tank by about 0.5 meters. 3. Check all connections to ensure they are sealed. 4. Check the pipelines and valves, remove blockages, or adjust the pipelines to reduce bends, valves, etc. 5. Replace with new gears, bearings, or side plates.
